Roles — pick by WHO the person is ? Manual
Two different companies use this platform. The role decides which one's data the key opens, so choose by the person's employer, not by what the word sounds like.
fleet the taxi boss — owns the vehicles, runs the fleet(s). Opens /cosmos-taxi/owner: his own fleet's scores, vehicles, drivers. Never sees actuarial or insurer data.
ops the insurer's underwriting staff — despite the name this is an insurer-side role. Opens the underwriting console (scoring rules, exposure, risk concentration) and the actuarial feed. Do not give this to a taxi owner.
insurer the insurer boardroom — reports, underwriting feed, actuarial settings
financier asset control / recovery — sees only the vehicles they finance
support helpdesk — read + rider support, no risk products

AIOScooter — a separate product with separate staff. These roles open the scooter console and nothing of TaxiU's, and they are named separately because the taxi words would mislead here: taxi ops is the insurer's staff, which is the opposite of a scooter operations manager.
scoot_ops the scooter operations manager — fleet, riders, money, remote lock and unlock. Opens /cosmos-scoot/ops.
scoot_tech field technician — battery swaps, rebalances, repairs. Not a rider's money.
scoot_support rider support desk — look up a rider and a ride. Cannot act on them.

Each member signs in with their own key (sent as x-aios-key) and sees only what their role + fleets allow.
